How to Exchange or Return:

Step 1

Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to exchange or return. Please indicate whether you wish to exchange or return the items.

Step 2
We will send you an email with the return number and instructions on how to package the item for exchange or return.

Step 3
Once payment for the exchange or return has been made, we will book a pickup time and date that is convenient for you.

Step 4
Once we receive the items􏰊 we will inspect them to see if they are eligible for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 5 working days for this.

Step 5
If the return gets approved, we will offer you a refund either by your original form of payment or give you store credit. For an exchange, we will send you the item requested.

 

Conditions:

 

These exquisite pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging, and any designer cards or tags included.
To arrange a gift return, please email us for further assistance.

 

Late Returns:

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at Zimbaqua's discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.

 

Faulty goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days.

We ship with DHL express and delivery will take 5-7 business days.

Shipments are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied with the package reaching your destination country. Please be advised this is your responsibility to pay for these charges.
